1586

First documented mention

The Gasthof zur Seeburg is mentioned for the first time in historical records.

1961

The Spatzenegger family

The Spatzenegger family takes over the inn and begins the family business.

1978

Franz & Friederike

The inn passes to Franz and Friederike Spatzenegger.

1993

Jürgen joins as chef

Son Jürgen joins as chef in 1993; Alexandra takes over service in 1998.

2013

Third generation takes over

Jürgen and Alexandra Spatzenegger take over the business completely.
